History and Organization

Rev. Toby D. Sanders is a devoted follower of Jesus Christ, an educator, a mentor, and a faithful servant of God’s people. For more than 21 years, he has demonstrated Christ’s love through his steadfast care and commitment to his congregation. He has prayed for us and with us, offered encouragement through phone calls and text messages, stood beside us during times of illness and loss, listened to our concerns, and celebrated our joys and accomplishments. His ministry is marked by humility, compassion, and a genuine love for people and justice.

 

Rev. Toby often shares that God has been a constant presence in his life since childhood. Following the completion of his bachelor’s degree, he answered God’s call to ministry and dedicated himself to preparing for the work of preaching and pastoral leadership. He went on to earn a Master of Divinity degree and later established a church founded on faith and guided by seven core principles: Love, Word, Spirit, Peace, Joy, Grace, and Hope.
 

Through his leadership, faithful service, and unwavering devotion to God, Rev. Toby has helped nurture a welcoming and Christ-centered community where individuals are encouraged to grow in faith and live out the teachings of Jesus. We are deeply grateful for his example and blessed to call him our pastor.

We are reminded in Luke 17:21: “…the Kingdom of God {Beloved} is within you.”
